Coffee Collective was founded by Klaus Thomsen, Peter Dupont, and Casper Rasmussen. What unites them is their commitment to making coffee an honest, fair, and uncompromisingly good product. Their approach is as radical as it is consistent: direct trade with farms, absolute transparency in pricing, and long-term partnerships that provide security for all involved.
We want everyone involved in a cup of coffee—from the coffee farmers to the guests in our coffee bars—to feel that everything is fair and respectful.
